Our Princess - Snowy

I still remember it was a Sunday in Apr 07. I was dozing off during a revision course when i was "waken" by a sms. It was a message from BW stating that he had gone to a pet shop which sells Jap spitz. We first learnt about Jap Spitz when we visited one of the pet shops along Pasir Ris Farmway. This breed looks extremely adorable esp during it's puppy stage (looks like a polar bear).
Being a dog lover, and an owner of a cross jack russel, i was excited when i learnt that BW was keen in buying one of the Jap Spitz (three Jap Spitz were on sale)!! After lesson, i rushed down to the pet shop where i saw the 7-month's old female Jap Spitz. I was quite hesitant to buy it initially (the dog was so hyper-active and it has long coat which is quite difficult to maintain). However, we still decided to buy the dog (she was simply too adorable to resist).
We left the dog there for one week so that we can prepare ourselves for "parenthood" :p, and of course to give the adorable dog a name....which is SNOWY!
1 May 2007, we went to the pet shop early in the morning to collect Snowy. It was raining so heavily that day (because of this, we even gave her a nickname - rainy dog).
Time flies, Snowy has been with us for 3 years. She has become part of our family. Every weekend, we will go out together for walks and to play with her doggy cousin. She maybe playful and disobedient at times, she is always our joy!

Opening Chapter

I have always wanted to create a blog but....as usual...there are always excuses for me not doing so. Finally...this blog was created. Took sometime to think of a name for the blog, and finally decided on "Our Story" - To capture the fond memories we had since the day we met..... Here's a short opening for our blog...

It all started in 1998 when i was still in my second year of tertiary education. Knowing that i was still single and available, my classmate decided to introduce her bf's campmate to me. I thought no harm knowing more frens and so i gave her my photo and pager (not rich to own a hp then). One fine day, my pager rang and there was a voice message ...i can still recall the voice msg to-date. Here's the message "Hello, I am Ben (Jacqueline's fren). I will call you tonight,ok". True enough, Ben called! We chat and decided to meet up at Yishun for a movie. It was a blind date as we relied on the photos to identify each other. The outing turned out well and two weeks later, we became a couple.

Time flies.. in 2002, after 4 years of courtship, we got married.
